- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Caveat Emptor! This company is a fraud and thus you should adhere to my previous statement! This company and the rep (Leo Skeffington) is attempting to defraud my client our of monies paid for a "commitment fee". However a day after wiring the monies the commitment was withdrawn and now the company states they are keeping the monies for "underwriting". This all sounds fishy because the rep Leo Skeffington stated before any monies were wired that the file had been fully vetted and underwritten. Furthermore my client has submitted an inquiry to the FBI and CFPB in regards to their action. Caveat Emptor!By Virgil Gordon, December 19, 2017
