  Our experience buying a house and selling a house with Scott Wendl and his team over the last 3 months has been excellent. I was hesitant to hire a realtor because I thought I could save money by buying and selling on my own. Let me tell you that I am happy about every penny invested because the service received was above and beyond what was expected. Scott and his team took care of us from beginning to end. If you are interested in buying or selling a house or property in central Iowa I highly recommend Scott Wendl.

  Scott was fantastic to work with. My fiance and I were first-time homebuyers and he made sure to answer any questions that we have. He was very responsive no matter when we emailed or text him. He was able to find us multiple houses that we were very interested in and ended up putting in an offer after the second day of looking. Highly recommend working with Scott!
